Blueberries and Banana Smoothie A meal replacement smoothie I love is a half cup of frozen blueberries, one apple quartered, one to two bananas, flax seed meal, a heavy dash of turmeric, a dash of any type of Super Green and almond milk filled up mostly to the top of blender, save room for froth. Think like a monk here. I did this for dinner for weeks at a time. Tasty and fill you up within three minutes of preparation. I did give some to my kids too.
Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie Another favorite sweet go-to is a smoothie with two bananas, two scoops of peanut butter, almond milk and flax seed meal.
Elvis Omega Presley Toasted Sprouted Bread with Peanut or Almond Butter. Slice some banana, throw it on top nicely, leave open faced, no need for the top piece of bread. Go to town. You can sprinkle some flax seed meal on it too. There’s your Omega.

I love smoothies! And they are a great way to get my little guy to get some veggies.
I like to play around with recipes but two of my regulars are:
1. Coconut milk, banana, almond butter, spinach, flaxseed meal, ginger, frozen pineapple and frozen mango
2. (only if you are doing the moderate version) Steel cut oats, banana, almond milk, walnuts, dates, cinnamon, vanilla, ice
Send more!

Rupert, see my first post above.
Josh’s Super Sludge Smoothie. A blender full is good for two meals. All quantities determined by eyeballing it. I sometimes eat a whole blender’s worth as a meal replacement for dinner.
Carrots
Frozen berries
Banana
Avocado
Hemp protein powder or nut butter
Greens (kale, spinach, or in a pinch, a powdered greens mix*)
Coconut/Almond milk and/or water
Chia and flax seeds
-----------------------------
The Elvis
A meal replacement or a snack or ‘dessert’ treat.
2 Bananas
2 Scoops of nut butter (you pick)
2 tbs flax seed meal
1 tbs chia seeds
1 scoop of Super Green (optional)
A teaspoon of turmeric (for nutritional value only)
Almond milk (fill close to top but give an inch or two from top for foam overflow)
-----------------------------
Apple Berry Smoothie
1 cup of frozen blueberries or any berry
1 to 2 Bananas
1 Apple, cut into quarters
1 tbs chia seeds
1 scoop of Super Green (optional)
A teaspoon of turmeric (for nutritional value only)
Almond milk (fill close to top but give an inch or two from top for foam overflow)

Rupert, I suggest if you do a vegetable smoothie, you can fill half of your blender with water, and add in some greens like kale, or spinach, carrots, celery.. then add quarter apples to sweeten it up. So this feels like 3/4 veggies and 1/4 fruit. The fruit is the sweetener. Throw in some flax meal, and also chia seeds which will thicken up the drink.
Fruit smoothie, try some almond milk, or coconut milk, or both, fill half way. Can do half water and half almond milk too. Add quartered apples, a banana, and some berries. Add some flax meal and chia seed too. I like to add some cinnamon too. And a dash of turmeric... this is a god spice.
Frozen blueberries, bananas and almond milk is always in my fridge as key ingredients to make shakes as meal replacements.
