Anyone getting headaches?
Classic symptoms of one's dependency on processed food, particularly if you're used to relying on snacks as a 'pick me up.'
Drinks tons of water. You're body is giving you the boot. It's freaking out, trying to figure out what's happening. Keep the water flowing.
The change you're going through is a shock to your system. Some people get headaches worse than others. I didn't have any mean headaches but felt 'off' for a couple days. Like I had a cold.

Withdrawing from sugar can produce profound headaches and nausea.
You might want to try moving. Exercise releases endorphins in the body, which may help to regulate the mood changes associated with sugar withdrawal symptoms.
Eat a orange. Your body and mind is linked. Trick it.
