Here's a sort of example. I just spent the entire morning sitting in on a new software demo. The vendor brought in lunch for all of us - Panera boxed lunches with a large sandwich, chips, and a cookie. Of course I'm absolutely starving... you know what I do next. I don't think anything in there is clean eating - not even the deli meat. I suppose the lesson here is to just bring in my own food?

Unfortunately, yes. Sucks. They do that all the time here too. I will I pick at the veggies but either bring my own or go out. I try not to look at the catering.
Also, I know I will feel like shit if I do eat it. This is really tough.

Load your plate at the buffets (I’m assuming Disney WORLD, in Florida, land of the all you can eats) with veggies FIRST. Crowd that sucker with anything fresh, alive and green! Then add a little of the less healthy stuff, so you’re not feeling deprived as everyone else digs in. SHARE- sharing a treat with a loved one is a great way to reduce what your consuming and build intimacy! Two for one! Drink plenty of water while you are in the parks. Often times we think we are hungry, but it’s only dehydration!

Ideally, you would bring your own food...otherwise load up on what you can eat, even is that is just bowl after bowl of salad. At this point, it totally sucks and you are feeling deprived but soon you will feel the effects of cleaner choices. This should become the motivating factor in choosing to eat clean foods over less than optimal choices. I don't have the same situation, but I struggle at my nannying/babysitting job. In my earlier less clean life, babysitting was go time to eat all the snacky junk foods I didn't have at home. There is just something about babysitting and eating for me, and I actually find this to be tough on a lot of people. It is the weirdest thing. The problem for me is now I am a full-part time nanny. Every. day. I am looking forward to having next week off from this particular job, and to spend some time and meals at home refocusing my habits. Hoping this helps, cuz I am getting in deep :/

D is right. After awhile, how you feel towards food changes. Eating foods that on aren't on the banned list, suddenly doesn't feel so difficult to eat.
I used to eat Chinese food all the time. I ate noodles, dumplings and fried wontons. Same with wraps or burritos. At the Chinese joint now, I get chicken over brown rice with the ginger scallion sauce. There is a side of bok choy too. I love it and now no longer desire the starches and carbs with the dumplings. Now if I get Mexican, I just get the bowl, or no tortilla.
I like the way I feel after, not bloated, not tired. Eating clean over and over will make you feel good about it in time.
